Easy to use!

What do you like best? This software is so easy to use that I was able to train my interns and have them submitting invoices in just 20 minutes. What do you dislike? I wish there were more videos online of how to do certain things. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? SAP Concur is a Time Saver!

What do you like best? Concur is easy to use & approval is quick on the management side What do you dislike? It is sometimes difficult to attach the correct receipt to the expense. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Instead of using an excel document, we moved to Concur. This makes accounting easier and submisson can be completed on a phone through the App, which isnt available with excel docs

User-friendly and easy integration with payroll.

What do you like best? Employees using Concur really liked the ability to upload receipts using their smartphones as opposed to needing access to a scanner. Many of our employees traveled and Concur could be utilized where they were. I found that not having to deal with paper reports and receipts was a huge timesaver when processing payroll. What do you dislike? Most employees adapted to the electronic process quickly but those who weren't tech savvy had a bit of trouble at first. ...

What do you like best? The app is rather intuitive as long as your organization does good work on the backend categorizing your expenses from a coding perspective. What do you dislike? Using the website on mobile, not the app is cumbersome. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy to manage expenses, can upload expenses via the app.

Easy for comprehensive travel expenses

What do you like best? The system allows flights, car rentals and hotel reservations to all be bundled together under one search feature and allows users to enter preferences for type of rooms, cars, etc that auto filters when searching. What do you dislike? The system makes it confusing at times when giving multiple avenues to upload a receipt that often creates duplicate receipts for a less computer savvy worker. What do you like best? Concur is very user-friendly and utilizes one platform for reporting expenses and booking and expensing travel. Concur allows you to easily save your progress as you go throughout the month and makes it simple to upload receipts directly on your phone which prevents one from being lost and saves you an expense reporting headache. What do you like best? I like that most of the field have prepopulated choices. What do you dislike? I don't like that when you upload receipt images, it creates a secondary expense, rather than just leaving in a receipt image bucket for you to later match to the outstanding expense already in the system.
