What do you like best? Ease of drop down menus. Report library. Ability to copy reports and expenses. What do you dislike? Concur is very user friendly. While my purposes are limited and I don;t process a lot of expense reports, it is a very intuitive tool. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? The system is very complete, there are all the needed functionalities for the necessary snapshot report of expenses. To be honest, the system isn't my favorite.
