What do you like best? I enjoy the feature where you can upload receipts as you go. What do you dislike? I dislike the GUI. It feels clunky and antiquated. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Managing my receipts to get reimbursed for work purchases.

Reporting features are great

What do you like best? The reporting features allow you to see an in depth look at your expense and invoice costs. Great for budgeting What do you dislike? Concise expense report

What do you like best? I loved working with Concur because it was able to combine multiple levels of expense report (reconciling, auditing, etc.) in one arena. What do you dislike? There were some issues when the system was taken offline for maintenance, but besides that, I did not have any issues. What do you like best? This has saved our company time and paper. What do you dislike? The website and app crash occasionally. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? That we were overpaying for mileage reimbursements. This is much more accurate.

Great for booking, pretty good for expensing

What do you like best? Booking through the app, and automatic expense population from partnering apps (Uber, for example) What do you dislike? Multi-line changes. Want to change the dates of multiple entries? Must be done individually. Can’t “allocate all” in the mobile app. Also, it can be pretty slow to update What problems are you solving with the product? Submitting Expenses is Straightforward and Easy

What do you like best? I like that submitting expenses is straightforward and easy. There is even a shortcut for doing this so through the "Quick Expense" option you can add multiple expenses in one window at a time without having to enter everything one-by-one. It's nice that you can add expenses as you go so you don't have to add it all before submitting which can be time consuming and also risk forgetting expenses. The platform loads quickly, as well.
