Concur is a bit more complicated and more of a learning curve than expected

What do you like best? I LOVE being able to upload receipts to the app (when it works) when I'm traveling so that I do not lose them. I also love the company coding is in there to choose from which makes it easier. I love being able to book travel through there as well. What do you like best? The prices in the database are decent. The itineraries automatically adding to the calendar is convenient. What do you dislike? The search system is outdated. The flights are sometimes there but then disappear within the next 5 minutes. The call center charges for every call. Booking takes more than 15 minutes. Efficient time & expense report

What do you like best? I like how it's easy to enter the expenses that we spent. They give the description, the amount, the available expenses. They made this application more beneficial to the managers. I like how I can see my outstanding expenses and they also show approvals/open reports. Easy to use and straight forward.

What do you like best? I like that it is easy to use and straight forward. What do you dislike? Sometimes it takes a while to see my expenses show up on the app. Recommendations to others considering the product: Everything is good. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am able to record my business expenses in real time instead of having to save my receipts and do it another time.

It is a great way and tool to keep track of all expenses.

As a user it feels very comprehensive: request travel approval, create expense reports from/associated with the approved requests, easy to find prior reports and manage payments. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Concur was user-friendly and had multiple ways to enter expense reports based on how you work best. What do you dislike? If you don't get one code right it will bounce back as an error. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Eased the process for submitting expense reports.

Higher learning curve but good product

What do you like best? I like that I can book travel arrangements and submit expense reports on the same platform. It is very easy to approve invoices. I also appreciate that I can easily switch who I am acting as which helps what I am able to do for our team as a whole. What do you dislike?
