Concur
What do you like best? It integrates with your travel planning such that your flights, hotels and rentals all flow into the tool. When traveling, there is a mobile app that can be used to help keep track of all your receipts and expense reports on the fly. This helps especially when you have multiple stops on your travel itinerary. Concur review
What do you like best? Integrates with Uber and allows the consolidation of a trip expenses in a central manner. What do you dislike? While it allows the user to upload the receipt, there doesn't seem to be an Optical Character Recognition -OCR- capability in place to extract the information from the receipt and auto-populate in the fields ( for example for a hotel receipt where each night has a different rate, tax...). Such OCR capabilities are prevalent nowadays in the industry. ...

SAP Concur
What do you like best? I really like the capabilities of the credit card import process. What do you dislike? The ability to create a report is a clunky process. You can't easily search for the headings and data you want to report on. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to track the majority of our travel expenses in one location.
