What do you like best? The system is easy to use and the submission and recording experience is easy. Select the category, add the details, and add a receipt image - easy. The app allows quick capture of an expense and receipt using my phone camera - no longer need to carry around receipts or the arduous task of creating a report at the end of a trip. Concur is a great all around expense tracking service

What do you like best? Nice user interface, easy to use for the most part. What do you dislike? Every once in a while it becomes really laggy when uploading receipts, but it usually let's you know that something is going on. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Receipt organization and collections was a process, this makes it easy to track and maintain records.

Decent software

What do you like best? intuitive and easy to use for expense reporting and travel booking. What do you dislike? The interface looks too old and may look better with a redesign. Sometimes difficult to figure out the flight schedule. An all-in-one feature for booking.

What do you like best? Its a complete trip itinerary. I can book a flight and my hotel all in the same place, upload expenses. It is nice because it was a pain to have to make sure you kept all the physical receipts and submit them to our finance department. What do you dislike? It is really slow to bring up flights. Simple and Quick with Great Features

What do you like best? My two favorite features in Concur are 1) the ability to snap a picture of receipts with my Smartphone and have them appear ready for my expense report and 2) the added sense of safety that comes with the safe travels add-in that tells me what to expect at the destination (weather, events, etc.) before I get on the plane.
