Basic contract management functionality; fair price

What do you like best? I like how I am able to search the text of contacts because it automatically scans and converts PDF images into machine readable text. What do you dislike? The User Interface could be a little more intuitive. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? User Friendly CMS

What do you like best? The searchability and reporting features are most useful to us. What do you dislike? Concord is good for sharing documents but has many formatting and administrative issues to address.

Great Software + Great Customer Service

What do you like best? The intuitiveness of the program. Everything from setting up templates to managing workflows. What do you dislike? The format of imported word docs with tables + pics gets slightly thrown off. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? I love the functionality and ease of use that Concord has. It makes processes easier to implement. This is a wonderful tool for organizing documents that are essential to our business. What do you dislike? So far, nothing bad to say.
