Absolutely terrible experience for sales people

What do you like best? if you are in sales - this is so bad.... probably OK if you are in legal/operations What do you dislike? We moved from PandaDoc to Concord for our Sales team. This was our worst decision ever as this is the least easy to use tool you can imagine. Amazing experience with such program

What do you like best? Concord is the only tool you need for all your contracts. Spend less time juggling between applications and streamline your processes. What do you dislike? What do you like best? As a large company, we work with hundreds of vendors each with unique contracts and specifications that we need to manage. We are a parent company that manages several partner companies, therefore, we needed software that would allow for us to organize our contracts by organization to keep things together but separate. What do you like best? To date, I have been amazed with Concord's responsiveness and willingness to help. Good tool but needs a few improvements and more support to customers

What do you like best? I love some functionalities of concord, like version control and approval workflows. The discussion panel is brilliant and it's incredibly useful when you need to work out what to do next and what has been done. What do you dislike? The signature process is clunky and actually quite poor. Although they have introduced the integration with Docusign. Great for communicating agreements for geographically diverse workforce

What do you like best? Concord has been extremely useful in collaborating to draft and review agreements, and ultimately receiving e-signatures. Prior to Concord, my organization used hardcopies which made sharing edits challenging and obtaining signatures hit and miss depending on availability of executive leadership. Contract Management -- Make it Easier for You and Your Team

What do you like best? Ease of making templates, keeping track of where the document is in the process, e-signatures and a great contract depository. What do you dislike? The email notifications to customer's sometimes go into the spam/junk folder. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We did not have a contract management system prior to Concord.

An amazing product!

What do you like best? Ease of use definitely! Concord was easy to implement for my organization and east to train my employees on the platform. What do you dislike? I honestly don't have any dislikes about Concord. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Document storage in one place is by far the problem we solved the most. I can also run some great reports to help us look at our metrics.
