What do you like best? One view of a full omni suite joining all communication together What do you dislike? cant say there is anything i have found that i dont like Recommendations to others considering the product: Really easy to use and able to work effectively What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? There will always be a few bugs that need fixing but the benefit is that the team are always willing to help
