One Stop Solution

We have been using CometChat for almost a year, there were many bugs but they have worked on removing them over the period of time. The support has improved over the period of time.The documentation is easy to understand, their API is easy to integrate. The only change I would like to see is it should have in-built recording option.

The company has a brilliant product named Comet Chat which enables audio-Video-Text Chat with other online users via iOS and Android Mobile Apps.I have it built up as a customized version and found it a great user interface, easy to understand and operate. The quality of video and voice was satisfactory.The admin interface is also comprehensive which allowed us to customize the features thus removing what was not needed make a neat interface which shortened the learning curve ...

Promising Product but needs a little more improvement

We have been using Cometchat from a very long time, previously it had many flaws but now they have improved a lot, the product (Pro and the team is promising. The developer documents have been written in very client-friendly form, they have build sample apps for almost every platform which helped us to quickly integrate into our app with minimum difficulties, though they need to focus on their quick release process as it really affects the production builds

Terrible just terrible

Terrible just terrible. Asking each month money after you bought this script for very big money. They are cheaters. never have any deals with them.

Incompetent support and bad plugin code

Their support have after two months not been able to help me install a very simple integration on my website. It has been filled with bugs, such as the chat not showing on some browsers and the chat telling logged in users to log. They were also not able to get two chat windows to be active at the same time, even though they keep on insisting it is possible.During our live sessions it is like they try out their code for the first time, when trying to integrate it on my page. They also lack ...

Worst Service

The service is not good at all, making follow up related to an issue from last 1 month and they do not have a solution for it, the only answer we get all issues will be resolved in next version. God knows when they will have new version.

I love the app

What do you like best? Cometchat has been exceptionally reliable, we’ve never had any major problems with them. It’s a plug and play software (we have a wordpress website, very easy to setup and integrate. What do you dislike? There’s not been much to dislike, really What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We had a customised solution with Cometchat which was delivered a little before the deadline and at par with what we had in mind.

Very Flexible

What do you like best? I love the flexibility of Cometchat features. What do you dislike? No concerns at the moment, everything has been A1 What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have tried a lot of chat integrations before but most were restricted to text chat and I needed video chat too. Others which did provide were charging per minute which I personally never vouch for.
