What do you like best about Cognito Forms? Cognito Forms is super easy to use and at the same time has a lot of powerful and advanced capabilities. I used it to create HIPPA-compliant patient intake forms and test-results forms. The ability to create custom PDFs exactly the way I want them is incredible and all the validation and controls inside the form is great. "Cognito Forms offers great customization"

What do you like best about Cognito Forms? I really like how you can customize forms using Cognito Forms. Having custom sections, nested-fields, automation/calculation, custom error is just awesome. Easy to Learn, Easy to Use & Easy to Create!

I absolutely LOVE Cognito Forms! I tried using Jot Forms to create my Client Review Survey, but the interface was SO cumbersome. So I googled and was thrilled to find your form designer! I love that it doesn't take long to learn how to use Cognito Forms. I was able to easily create my Client Review Survey and get it embedded onto my website page. I will recommend your site and service to my clients too!

Simple Form Solutions

I was looking for an online form platform that would simply work and we could point people to off our website. Cognito fit the bill! Simple to use, templates that work and the ability to change categories, add graphics etc. A little learning curve but overall, great!

I LOVE COGINTO!

I love the capabilities of Cognito and the support is AMAZING! I do wish some of your help pages and videos were a little more in-depth and/or easy to search so I don't always have to ask for help (I like to figure things out on my own, ha ha). Can't wait to keep learning more about what Cognito can do!
