Great for work and play!
Cognito forms has been wonderful to use. It’s extremely helpful as it prompts you for information you may have missed, and gives you a lot of options to customize.

Excellent WordPress Forms Builder
I wanted a WordPress forms builder so that I could accept card payments and found Cognito to be perfect. Quite easy to get started and, even though I was on the free version, I got help from the support people when I ran into difficulties - it was soon sorted. Very happy with the final result and the way it works.

The only free services with computation
It's the only free services for youth movements which offer so many options like calculation, intuitive formule for computing or condition. It also offer the possibility to send result by mail. The theme is nice too.

Excellent tool
It is very easy to create forms, the tools are easy to use, without having experience, in a few minutes you can create any type of form. Your design is professional and nice. Improvement: When exporting the form to Excel, the numbers are converted to text

Very convenient solution
Very convenient solution. I used to create my own forms and submit it to my customers. And the solution was every time very successful. By the way, it’s very easy to embed it in my WordPress website !

I use to use JotForm.....
I use to use JotForm also a good platform for forms. How ever with Cognito even with the free tier you get some fantastic features, multiple fields on one row, view/hide depending on responses, calculations and more. *****
