Poor user experience, terrible notification emails

Building forms and arranging the fields is easy and quite flexible (thanks to sections). And the one diamond in the rough is "Repeating Sections", which paired with payment widgets makes for some great, simple eComm. However, Notifications and Confirmation emails are terrible. We cannot customize the field summary at all, and the overall formatting is horrible. No white-labeling option for emails (unless you are on an expensive plan, and then you can only use branded emails for 2 clients ...

Cognito Forms - our Food Bank solution for COVID-19

Cognito Forms was the solution our food bank chose when COVID-19 started. I loved all the conditional logic, and the wide variety of fields available. What I loved MOST of all, was the print templates. It makes it so easy to print a custom page for our volunteers to pack our clients orders. And I really have to acknowledge them for their awesome support. When I get stuck and need help I just post through their Help option and get a detailed response with everything I need within a day. LOVE ...

Makes work easier

What do you like best? Very easy to make forms and keep track of information. Saves a complete record of all submissions and easily viewable What do you dislike? Would be nice if there was a dedicated search button to look through all forms. Not a huge deal to select individual forms and then search, but would be nice to be able to search through all available forms for a specific search term. Recommendations to others considering the product: Absolutely worth looking ...

Easy, clean, web forms with data you can user

What do you like best? Compared to other online form tools, we like the built in workflow that allows users to review submissions before marking them as "Complete". This step allows for a review and confirmation before continuing to use the data for integrations. What do you dislike? There aren't many things that I dislike. There are a lot of features for online selling that we have no need for, but that hardly qualifies as a dislike. Recommendations to others considering the ...

Works Well

What do you like best? I like that we can easily change current and add new forms as our needs change. What do you dislike? I hate when I'm trying to organize forms and the side bar pops up if you click just a little bit off and wipes out your selections. Recommendations to others considering the product: It is the best way to manage multiple forms. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It allows us to track progress, get ...

Credit where credit's due

Credit where credit's due, this is a really cool company and their forms are excellent too. Easy to produce, stacks of features like logic, order lines and integrated payments. High recommended.(I usually come on here to complain, but I thought I'd make an exception this time!)

Perfect tool for creating forms

What do you like best? Cognito Forms is a very customizable form type that offers more than just a regular old form. Personally I like that: - The form works great and without error about 95% of the time (the other 5% is usually due to an edit we did in our form which has not turned out as we hoped) - It integrates with both Zapier and Stripe, both of which are essential to how we want the form to operate (lead generation and deposit payment) - You can create forms within forms ...

Great way to collect information from prospective and current clients

What do you like best? Cognito forms is easy to use and it has so many additional features, specifically sub-forms which is a great tool. We use it for client onboarding and as a shopping calculator for what our customers might need. The export process is super easy and works great, and in addition Zapier integrates with a lot of different apps which is amazing. We integrate it with Stripe which means our clients can pay their deposit while booking. It converts a lot more clients than ...

Great for client on-boarding or quoting if integrated with Zapier.

What do you like best? Some of the things I like best about Cognito Forms are: 1) You can integrate with Zapier which allows for lots of automation (we have made our entire quoting system automatic using these two together) 2) You can accept payments in Cognito Forms via Stripe (which makes it that much easier to convert a client "on the spot". 3) You can create layers of forms in a form (a sub form for example) and even provide calculations (we do so in our quoting form) ...

Cognito Forms has helped us streamline our first tiem setup of multiple products for many users

What do you like best? It's easy to setup, has a lot of great features, even their free version has a lot of great features. We use their first tier package and are very pleased. Unlike many forms, they have programming of if hen items and you can sub-form within the forms. Additionally cognition forms has allowed us to internally create a process for credit card purchases for our staff using company credit cards allowing our book keeping staff to more accurately update the transactions ...
