"Great platform"

What do you like best about Codility? Codility provided the best environment to test our ability to code and implement logic. What I liked the most was that the Codility doesn't only check the code according to it's output but also the processing efficiency and time constraints.

What do you like best about Codility? Easy to use and setup tests and invite candidates. Automated test results are well formulated and easy to read. Being able to see all keystrokes on the test is a great way to see how the candidate thinks which we have found to be the most essential aspect of evaluating entry to mid-level developers.

What do you like best about Codility? Assignments are perfect. They are created in a manner that really evaluates fully the core skills needed for a solid developer/programmer.

What do you like best about Codility? Codility has predefined modules - multiple choice as well as tasks which allow scripting in common languages such as Java and Python. It is therefore easy to create a robust test, but as you can also create your own testing tasks it's quite flexible. GUI is easy to use and portable as it's browser-based.

What do you like best about Codility? The tests are brilliant. They are effective at highlighting developers's lack of skill. If a developer passes the tests, you know they are likely to meet at least the capability requirement.

What do you like best about Codility? The only thing that took any time was setting up the right set of questions and that's only because I wanted to be sure we were doing a good job to find the best candidates. Codility even provides sample question and stats on how people have fared on that question from the broader user base. Very easy to ramp up recruiting process efforts.

What do you like best about Codility? I love Codility, it has the draft tests but we as a team could also create our own. Easy to use for us-recruiters and the Hiring Managers, as the report has the scores already.

What do you like best about Codility? I like so much about the platform. The ease of setting up tests, the way results are displayed, with timelines of changes, all make it possible to achieve a good amount of insight into the capabilities of prospective candidates.
