"mind opener"

What do you like best about Codility? focusing more on the algorithm than on the language subtleties, it forces you to think laterally, in order to achieve the perfect result (which works, and doens't present any NFR issue)

"Great platform to test your might (coding might, that is)"

What do you like best about Codility? Regarding Codility as a candidate screening platform: it is a great platform to test the candidate's ability to code under stress. You start with couple of ARE YOU SURE YOU WANT TO CONTINUE messages, then there's the timer, would be better if it would increase in size as the last 300 secs goes by... So someone that can do a test with all that distractions is a good candidate, and this platform really tests you there. Also tasks are really good, they ...

"Extremely Helpful"

What do you like best about Codility? I like the ability to practice in the same environment that companies use to give programming tests, also the fact the questions are similar.

"The hardest challenges make you find the best people"

What do you like best about Codility? Codility knows what is the way to go for tech recruiting. In a world where many software projects fail, it's not enought to memorize a language or a framework to be successfull, the best people can figure out how to solve efficiently the hardest problem or fix that never ending bug.

"A connection between firms and employees"

What do you like best about Codility? Often companies go for interviews which is largely based on theory where as programming is not about theory entirely but a lot of part includes programming skills which codility helps determine effectively and is hepful for both developers and firms to find a perfect match

"Challenge yourself and get prepared for technical interviews"

What do you like best about Codility? It is possible to use your preferable programming language (there are dozens of them available). The challenges are organized in categories, so you can know what you are going to provide, which kind of tests besides the stories in the challenges are funny and they try to create a good climate.

"Excellent way to improve your technical screening process"

What do you like best about Codility? Easy and customizable web platform. Me and my developers didn't need any training in creating new tests and screening new candidates. The platform is both intuitive and easy to use. The Customer Service / Support was also great.
