Codility allows us to focus our interviewing effort on the people that can produce quality code, rather than just talk about coding.

The best thing is that creating tests take very little time, the questions are already in the question bank and if the results get leaked online, Codility notifies you immediately and suggests a similar alternative question. They also notify you if there is potential fraud in a candidates results.
