What do you like best about Codility? Codility is easy to use, requires little training, and helps screen out unqualified candidates more easily than proctoring my own programming tests. The pre-made tasks are great, and I love the option to create custom tasks. I can read my candidates' solutions and know if an interview is warranted before investing time into it.

Their plagiarism check is particularly helpful, both to check results and ensure fairness amongst everyone applying. The integration with Greenhouse is a big convenience, so you can send out tests from your ATS without having to login in a separate tab.

Codility is a user-friendly technical assessment tool that provides a wide bank of questions (with answers) to assess the skills of a wide variety of technical profiles, from Developers to Data Scientists, Operations Engineers and more. Codility's bank of questions is its bigger asset in my opinion, it allows you to mix your in-house questions with Codility questions from the bank.
