"Coderpad as an integrated suite for interview process"
What do you like best about CoderPad? There are things together that make it the best. A comprehensive list of programming language choices, the built-in interpreter for running the code, the ability to playback interviews, reports on interviews conducted and even the drawing mode which is sometimes helpful when you want to explain the algorithm or some design aspect. Also I can write my private comments as an interviewer that I can later use during debriefs.
