What do you like best about CoderPad? It's really simple to sue. They didn't overload the product with so many bells and whistles that it would be impossible to figure out or you'd need a training session. It takes about 10 - 15 minutes to figure out what's going on with absolutely no experience. Yet, there's still a lot of flexibility. What do you like best about CoderPad? Great user interface with a good selection of tests. The UI works great, so far we've had no issues using the tool, we've been very impressed by it and have had good candidates.

"Good tool to ease the dev recruiting process"
What do you like best about CoderPad? The test builder is great, I chose an existing one based on the profile I wanted to hire, and I tweaked it a bit. The whole process took only half an hour. Then for the actual testing, I got a candidate score against the average score for that job profile, that did help me choose the right recruit.
