Great potential but poor customer support and regressive status locking

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Providing a JIRA alternative with a more responsive interface is a great idea. What aspects are problematic or could work better? The customer support is just sad. As I write this review, Mark (the only customer support agent) has not replied to my messages for three whole days, despite there being huge issues and gotchas in the interface.
