What do you like best? ClubExpress has the best support I have ever experienced. Their support engineers are pleasant and understand the ClubExpress system. There is seldom a long telephone hold. This may be because of their 990 page very complete and searchable User/Admin Manual, which is frequently updated. Great features, but lacks simplicity

What do you like best? The features are great, and there are improvements all of the time, the tutorials help, and staff are always there for troubleshooting. I don't need to speak to a robot or wait forever through phone tree menus for the relevant option. What do you dislike? It is very complicated, not user friendly and really not intuitive. What do you like best? Club Express provides our organization a way to serve members and volunteers alike! It is literally the backbone of our organization. I don't know what we would do without it. Excellent platform for clubs and guilds!

What do you like best? Their suite of tools is great--we especially like the built-in membership database and class scheduling functions. What do you like best? This system makes membership management and accounting much better than conventional spreadsheets and documents. A very well done club management software set.
