"Excellent view into your team"

What do you like best about Cloverleaf? Made my start with the company much easier as I was able to identify how to work with people rather than having to trial and error different work approaches on a person to person basis. What do you dislike about Cloverleaf? Mental ask can be high. Sometimes I'll spend upwards of a half hour writing an entry. Not sure thats as effective a use of time as I'd like. The test results are accurate, this modern approach to coaching is absolutely necessary in today's workforce and can be applied in all areas of life.
