What do you like best about Cloverleaf? It is very specific and practical. As somebody who works mostly virtually, it is difficult to get to know my new co-workers, and Cloverleaf has helped me be more aware of how I am and could be better at communicating with them. I have learned so much about how I work and think, as well as how my teammates prefer to work, helping me understand them better and on a deeper level, something I am not as natural at doing by myself. What do you like best about Cloverleaf? Being able to identify similarities and differences in my local and wider management team network. What do you dislike about Cloverleaf? Wish I could narrow which team (local/wider) that I receive tips on each day. What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you? It's helping me become more familiar with the nuances of my different teammates. That was never so easy as it is now with Cloverleaf.
