From the moment I signed up, I was impressed with their user-friendly interface and the ease of managing my servers and applications. Solved my forwarding issue
I had a forwarding issue, I tried forwarding trough godaddy, long story short they couldn't do it and their support staff was so incompetent that I considered swapping them just based on that. Anyways, I contacted cloudways support, got Guman and within 5 minutes everything was sorted. This is the 2nd time I had an issue solved by their customer support, that's something I've never really experienced before (looking at you godaddy).
