Proactive Customer Service

I had encountered an unknown cancellation issue and just being required for making the new server to prevent from it. Even though I tried to clarify what that happened and why I had to do that, it was hard for me get the clear answer through the Cloudways Bot system. I really appreciate the awesome help Umar gave me from Cloudways. The dude's super patient and didn’t mind answering all my questions. Cloudways has good support, fast servers and relevance price. Easy to start/work and manage. With a new version of the Frontend part it's even better because old one was really bad.

Spot on diagnosis and resolution of website issues

Bilal was great. Even though I'm not a techie he understood what the issue was and how to resolve it. Even after I asked what the other options were and he was happy to look at that but in the end we went with his original solution and it worked.... I shoulda just trusted him in the first place! Thanks Bilal!
