Great Experience!
Sidra was very helpful, patient and courteous in her dealings with me. She was also a whiz at solving my problems every step of the way. I have been dealing with a web design company that has not been a great experience in anyway. I was constantly reminded how I am not technical and do not understand what is happening. Horrible ! Emad is very patient and knowledgeable ! He could have drop our convo when I went to the loo but no, he patiently waited for me to return not even knowing if I'll return to continue the chat. Such a trait for a Tech Support Person is highly commendable. I would highly recommend that Emad be given a positive rating by Cloudways.

Cloudways is the best thing my sites could have
Cloudways transformed my Business in the best way possible. I don't have to worry about any technical issues again. Their hosting is fast, easy and they have the best support I ever received. I am using them for several years now and don't have to worry about downtime ever.
