Abdur is one of the only competent…
Abdur is one of the only competent members of staff from the Support. There are other members that, when I start a chat, I'm immediately like "oh no this is gonna suck". Support can be hit or miss. Some staff are misinformed, unintentionally rude, or not helpful. But Abdur is one of the special ones! Thanks man.

Abdur is one of the only competent members of staff from the Support. There are other members that, when I start a chat, I'm immediately like "oh no this is gonna suck". Support can be hit or miss.
