Best support you can find for SaaS products
Cloudways has the best support I have ever seen. Whenever I have a problem they are able and willing to help to resolve it. As someone without much experience with servers it’s amazing to have the kind of support you get from them.

Extra help with SSL cert securing site
After installing the SSL cert, the site still wasn't showing as secure. Usman Rao (Muhammad) patiently worked with me to resolve multiple issues: 1. img src's that needed to be fixed and have https:// added at the beginning 2. File permissions needing to be reset 3. Fixing an issue with the Breeze cache clearing and 4. Helping me look at the site in incognito, uncached, and using my phone to double check results. His patience, service, and assistance was awesome!
