After my database crash
After my database crash, the IT team at cloudways got on it immediately. With the size of my database, I was extremely happy with the timeframe it took for them to resolve the situation. It was during the holidays, so that made it even more impressive. Cloudways rocks.

What do you like best about Cloudways? There's a lot to like about Cloudways. You can choose from 5 cloud service providers: DigitalOcean, Vultr, AWS, Google Cloud, and Linode. The service has flexible cloud hosting plans, fast setup times, good customer support, and you can host multiple apps on a single server. They also offer free migration and a 3-day trial.

Old domain to new domain - problem fixed
I attempted to move my website from an old domain to a brand new one but quickly learned that it was more difficult than I initially believed. I was fortunate enough to come across Sultan, the web wizard of Cloudways, who took up the challenge. He managed to get the job done quickly and helped me migrate all my old domain links to the new one with ease. I am eternally thankful for Sultan's help and expertise, and Cloudways remains my go-to hosting provider.
