What do you like best about CloudTalk? Great coverage of locations in many different countries, this capability was one of the most important benefits, as well as a great cost-benefit relation. I do recomend CloudTalk for your phone tracking resources.

"Good quality calls, high coverage"
What do you like best about CloudTalk? The interface of Cloudtalk is very user-friendly, and I can make calls to a variety of countries. I work in sales and contact people over the phone all day, so it's the perfect software to use when calling people abroad and getting in touch with them quickly. I like the transfer function a lot, it makes it easier when it comes to getting people to the right place from both sides of the line.

What do you like best about CloudTalk? Allows you to connect to customers easily, calls can also be transformed internally easily and calls can be tracked on Hubspot to allow you to listen back and take note of anything you missed.

Easy to setup and userfriendly
The system itself is very intuitive and easy to set up. Once you are up and running, the experience of making and receiving calls is smooth. Sending the SMS from a PC is a huge plus!
