friendly interface and easy to use
Cloudtalk has a friendly interface, simple and easy to use! Better than many other products with a complex interface. As I have the plugin installed in chrome, sometimes cloud talk identifies any sequence of numbers as a telephone. Cloud Talking is helping us to integrate all the countries that the company I work for gives a technical support to.

What do you like best about CloudTalk? CloudTalk has a simple design and interface but allows for a lot of flexibility. Making outgoing calls is easy, and the incoming call queue is accurate for bouncing between agents.

What do you like best about CloudTalk? We really enjoy using cloud talk as a business as it allows us to all to call from one number to multiple countries around the world! We can have it on our laptops AND phones - great platform!

What do you like best about CloudTalk? I like that while creating follow up tasks, Cloudtalk automatically recognizes the type of the task based on what you write in its integration with Hubspot. It works well in this regard.

What do you like best about CloudTalk? The platform is easy to use, integrates well with our CRM, and the support via the chat function and via email is quick and the agents seem to know what they are talking about. Overall a great experience so far.

What do you like best about CloudTalk? The price quality ration of the tools is great. Only 4 stars because from time to time the connection is lacking which is annoying if you are on a call. I assume this is not an issue from cloudtalk rather from my internet connection. If I have a stable connection all is fine.
