"CloudTalk streamlines communication with customers"
What do you like best about CloudTalk? Using cloudtalk is useful for me in the day to day becasue of the efficeny of calls i can make. As an AE, it is important to have easy access to contacts and for that software to be reliable when calling.. Espeically if it is a cold call.

"Highly efficient hub for all calls Whitin the Customer Service Department."
What do you like best about CloudTalk? Cloudtalk features are very intuitive and usefull for the Department. The tags : no need to write lenghty notes related to the calls. The smart dialer, I can retrieve the calls I made as well as the calls made by my team
