"Not working product!"
What do you like best about CloudTalk? The app does not work. We get a call, we pick up, but the custome does not hear us, nor can we hear the customer. We had this problem allot of times, and have informed them about it. but they keep on asking the same questions, without any results.

Been doing 20k calls per month with this platform for over a year
Been using this platform for over a year now. We make about 20,000 outbound calls per month with a small team. Our experience has been pretty good. We have not experienced any dropped calls, and overall the call quality is good. Requests for local phone numbers are handled quickly (sometimes within 1 hr). The user interface is a bit dated, although the new statistics overview pages are very well designed. Hopefully, the rest of the user interface will follow. Customer service (via chat) ...
