Defending our Cloud based applications

What do you like best? Cloudflare is totally inexpensive for the services it provides and protects our applications in the cloud very easily. What do you dislike? I wish we could set this up using only one SSL certificate so we didn't have sites shutdown when one and not the other expires. Recommendations to others considering the product I have seen this application, a web firewall in front of whatever your cloud provider uses, more and more on secure websites I visit. Its another layer ...

Most poor customer support i have ever experienced. Never again!

Cloudflare tries to sell you their product as a low treshold and most simple to handle product.Just enter your domain, adjust your name servers and you are ready to go without any downtime.Well... that was not the true situation unfortunately. Our website was offline for almost a day and was reset to the original situation to restore our web presence. The customer service was extremely poor and not willing to help. Even that we had a paid subscription. We only received some standard emails and ...

A Faster and Easy to Use DNS and Security Manager

What do you like best? It's easy to set-up and provides a faster more secure website. It allows us to focus on building the site and not worry about bad viewers. What do you dislike? The upgrade levels jump a little much. It would like to see more features for the packages, including a better CDN model. Recommendations to others considering the product It's a great entry level DNS and Security firewall for web traffic. What business problems are you solving with the product? What ...

CDN Power for business

What do you like best? Honestly, I like that you get the power of a full-fledged CDN for business or even personal projects at an affordable price. The best part is that it's more than just a CDN. Baseline firewall, DNS, caching, DDoS protection are all great services available; many on the free tier! Another great feature for us is the CMS integration for sites that use Wordpress and the caching of dynamic content. We have found this to work really well. We tried some of the internal ...

Avoid Crapflare if you can

Website starting playing up with crazy fonts, not caching and general weird behavior and deduced it was down to Cloudflare. Of course when you contact them you have to wait an age to get a response. And then when it comes it's just "Here's this really complicated blog post on what to do. Bye!"

Terrible Customer Service

What do you like best? Automatic image compression, Automatic Web Application Firewall, and easy to implement Content Delivery Network. The overall product offering is great but very expensive beyond the first level. What do you dislike? Customer Service is Awful! Even for the Paid version! We became locked out of our account, because of a mistake that we made. When we asked for support, it was impossible to get the problem resolved. The support staff didn't read the notes on the ticket, ...
