Charging for services that never began, refusing refund!Only desperate companies have to make money like this, beware!!! Despite improving my GTMetrix Score my page speed actually doubled. REMOVED!I was using a free account for testing with the view of moving two sites to a paid service.Didn't try contacting customer service and looking at other reviews here, it seems that would have been fruitless anyway. 12 months to respond to a review??

Cloudflare Review - Terrible Customer Service!

I agree with others on the terrible customer service at Cloudflare. Due to the complexity of using their service, getting help from customer service is almost required. When you contact them, you get the run around and no real help at all. Customer service reps are non-responsive for days!I would look for another service and not waste your time with Cloudflare. Cancelling is even complicated and forget about getting any refunds for service that you did not use. Customer service is totally ...

Is Cloudflare a CDN? Not at all.

Before you set up Cloudflare, be aware that it is not a CDN. The retention of static files such as fonts, jpeg, css and js are less than 24h. After that... well... users are served from your origin webserver. I don't rate Cloudflare bad because is free... but totally unuseful!
