Cloudflare protect DDoS'ers and the websites they run...

I am using cloudflare to protect my websites, this is a 1 star review because of the following...We have been hit by many DDoS attacks over the years and every single one has taken down our game servers.I have located at least 4 websites that are so called "illegal DDoS-for-hire" sites and one has been used repeatedly to DDoS not just my servers but also other gaming groups as well.I have reported them all to law enforcement, in the NCA (UK where I am from) and the USA, namely the FBI.The ...

Completely dropped the ball starting late July

Everything went relatively fine until a lot of sites simultaneously started getting random errors (error 520) starting from late July 2021. The Cloudflare response was pathetic. They "identified and fixed" the issue at least three times within two months, the only problem being that all users who experienced the issue continued to experience it. By far the worst customer experience…

By far the worst customer experience you would get. I dont know how far they think they will get by not enabling customers to use their service. Even when there are issues with their platform "the usually white blank page" they drag their feet to provide assistance. Bleak future for Cloudflare if they dont prioritize their customers smh

Terrible tech support

Whilst I am a fan of Cloudflare's technology and the protection that it offers to our website, I cannot say the same thing about Cloudflare Tech Support. Basically in the case of problems then you are on your own completely - tech support is a) extremely slow, like several days between responses, and b) not very helpful, as in they are unwilling to delve deep into the true cause of your problem to find a solution. While there is no support for free…

While there is no support for free users, the features they are giving for free are amazing. Fast CDN, DNS, DDOS protection are a must-have for any SME. I also like the domain pricing... great experience!

Absolute the worst customer support…

Absolute the worst customer support I've ever experienced in my whole life. Even though I paid for premium support it took them 4-5 weeks to answer a simple email. They also continued to charge me monthly payments even though I canceled the subscription. Criminals.
