The longer you stay on a Cloudflare website, the slower it gets.
Don't be fooled. The websites aren't faster with Cloudflare products. The longer you stay, the slower the websites get. That's what happened at our company. Cloudflare CDN is just some fancy name for their overpriced product.

Terrible - offline so much stopping a Dos attack is easy!
Terrible, my website spends more time offline than online.Super a blocking traffic, losing you money, while paying for the benefit?!Not surprised it can block Dos attacks, as it's offline most of the time.

Technically, Cloudflare is pretty useful but the company policy and their support is awful and outright nonchalant.Someone is scraping my website using an automatic process. That website uses Cloudflare. I have filed an abuse report to Cloudflare but they don't give a damn. They just send me the info to where the sites is hosted, but obviously, people with criminal intent don't use normal hosting. They hide in Russia and whatnot. Easy to get on-boarded and setup as a…
Easy to get on-boarded and setup as a new customer, but when it comes to support when you have an issue, they are useless, they don't invest time on researching your issue, they just blame in on you and then never reply back.If you plan to use Cloudflare for any reason, just assume you won't get support.

Great platform, abysmal support
I love the Cloudflare platform and use it for all of my websites many of which are using pro as well as Argos. However - when things go wrong their support are TERRIBLE. They don't even seem to read the support requests properly and it becomes a game of email ping pong for many days. Two years ago their support was great I don't know what has happened to them.EDIT: Updated to 1 star. Visa got hacked
After few weeks of my app didn't function anymore and my visa got billed. I'm quite sure Cloudflare sells data to third parties.
