Solid Platform and Robust Featureset

What do you like best? I love Cloudflare. They offer a solid product that is very flexible and still incredibly powerful in its capabilities. I use it daily for DNS management and the free global CDN. It's super easy to set it and forget it -- link up your domain (or multiple domains for that matter and leave it alone. A Bit Confusing But Worth It

What do you like best? It adds another layer of security and reliability to my website. When a site is critical to your business, even a little additional safety net lets you sleep better at night. I've been with Cloudflare now for 4 years.

I've been with Cloudflare now for the last four years and seen the range of options expand during that time, much like their network of data centres around the world. It does take a while to fully understand the features, but it runs reliably for me, improving both security and speed. During that time I've switched web hosts three times, including a VPS, shared plan and now on cloud hosting. Cloudflare doesn't break anything. Awesome company

I've been with them for years, and not a single glitch.Thanks to their FOSS support, many of their libs, patches and packages I personally use.Not to mention the awesomeness of "regular" features, such as CDN, WAF, LBs and workers.Regarding the registrar, I was in the first release wave. Everything went super smooth with the transfers. I've found Cloudflare to be excellent for many years

I've found Cloudflare service is fantastic. From CDN services to DNS protection and SSL provider. Could not really complain about anything. If they implemented hosting it would be the icing on the cake for a great product.

No response to ticket, then it was closed

I sent an email and got an autoresponse which asked me to use the support portal. So I submitted a ticket through the portal. Both tickets were closed with no response, not even a "we don't want to help you" response. That's pretty unprofessional. I'm on the free plan so I don't expect a quick response, but I do expect SOME response.Edit: I don't see any responses to either ticket. I sent another email with screenshots showing my view.
