Very poor support for general error, faded-up with 1015 error. No proper response, always asks to switch plan - enterprise plan.Please check ticket # 1645628There is no reply in C.F. support panel, can you please re-check.As far as the Rate Limiting is concerned, I can not see that option, however, it was visible in last week.

Warning! Do not use, I tried to speed up my website performance by using their free nameservers. My website is now down and I do not know how long it has been down, it is currently pointing to some unknown directory. No email or notification was given, I only found out when Google disapproved one of my adword campaigns.
