Easy to use; and has all of the features needed!

What do you like best? MSP360 is both easy to use and powerful. It has many options available to you for backing up your files. The best is that it seamlessly integrates with Amazon S3! What do you dislike? Nothing, besides the fact (I suppose) that the free version limits a backup to 1TB of data! :-) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Backing up my personal photograph album and videos has never been easier!

Great AWS S3 backup tool

What do you like best? MSP360 (formerly Cloudberry Backup) is a very easy to use product, that makes it very simple to automate data backup. Before, I had to use the Command Line Interface to back up to S3... What do you dislike? Since I have installed it, I have not found any problems or features I don't like. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's a great product. I used to use CLI for AWS backups. Not any more. What problems are you solving with the product? ...

Excelent software to cloud backup

What do you like best? Very simple to install and configure, clear information request. Great that I can use it as freeware at least for now. The prices of the payed version are more than reasonable. What do you dislike? I wasn't able to find a way to configure and navigate more than one B2 Backblaze buckets at once. Recommendations to others considering the product: You should definetly give this software a try. I am familiar with other backup or FTP clients and I like it very ...

Quick and simple

What do you like best? I work at a small school and I am not a trained techie. Realising that whilst having an on-site backup of the server protects us against data loss due to drive failure it doesn't protect us if the server is lost due to fire or theft. In looking for off-site backup options the choice was between managed and self managed. I tried the product on a home computer and installation / setup was straightforward. I was therefore confident to set it up on the school server. ...

Seems good for a backup tool

What do you like best? Easy scheduled backups to AWS Glacier. Wizard walks through setting up a backup and is pretty easy to go through. UI is reasonable. What do you dislike? Some terms are confusing, little help is provided in the wizard. I'm sure that there are tons of browser cache files and similar that are now going to be backed up as there is no obvious way for a normal person to exclude them. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

Easy to use and worked first time

What do you like best? We have been using this software for 10 days and its Interface is easy to use and quite intuitive - plus its very comprehensive in terms of specifying the period to backup and with or without encryption/compression and but the real seller is that I can specify which cloud storage I want - its the only software I could find that would allow that - its not very expensive given the amount of functionality that you get. What do you dislike? Nothing yet - so far its ...

great cloud backup manager

What do you like best? Backup and recovery is a key process for myself and my company. To say I have been let down with desktop backup devices and software is understatement. I use cloud servers as a redundant backup and managing the files through the available cloud UI is time consuming and error prone. MSP360 has an intuitive interface - I was up and running in 10 minutes. What do you dislike? More scheduling options would be helpful. Recommendations to others considering the ...

Great backup to your choice of cloud storage

What do you like best? The pricing model works well for me - pretty cheap one-off cost for the software, then I can backup to Azure or AWS storage that I pay for and manage directly - no worries about Cloudberry owning my data. What do you dislike? The backup management (how long backups are kept etc) is not quite as powerful as some competitors, but they are improving that. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I now have much better ...

Best online backup that I have used

What do you like best? I have only recently begun using Cloudberry, but have used others in the past, most recently Crashplan. Cloudberry is very reasonably priced, very easy to configure, is fast, is not resource hungry. I am using Cloudberry with Backblaze B2 and could not be more pleased. What do you dislike? Thus far I have found nothing that I dislike about either the desktop app or the service. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

Bring Your Own Cloud Made Simple *Unless you are using it in Docker*

What do you like best? It's quite intuitive to go from installing the application (or a Docker container of it) to completing a backup. You get a 14 day trial without any other limitations to make sure it works. It is FAST (unlike Duplicati), and low memory usage (unlike CrashPlan). Multiple schedules for different backup sets. What do you dislike? Docker container version of it has some pitfalls -- so if you are trying to use it in a container, DON'T -- they will not support ...
