Reliable
What do you like best? I like how the software is almost a set it and forget it application. It also has very deep variability and easy to use as well as a clean and user-friendly interface. What do you dislike? I would like a warning if the backup service on my computer gets disabled. I have seen this twice when the software wants to update. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We keep an AWS backup of our internal network drives.

Some flaws and annoyances but probably the best in its class nonetheless
What do you like best? Incredibly flexible in terms of configuration and storage options. It will work with just about any cloud provider that you might need, including Backblaze B2. The interface is pretty good , at least compared to the competition. It's got some quirky elements, but I've been able to figure out how to do most things pretty easily. Basically, if you want to choose your storage provider separately and are looking for a tool to access that storage, that can work with ...

Great Software with an Awesome Team
What do you like best? The software is stable and has ton of relevant features. Doesn't matter if you have a small business network or a large enterprise. Their products will fit. What do you dislike? I have not found anything that I don't like in this product. It has all the necessary features that a backup system would plus more. Recommendations to others considering the product You will not find a more flexible solution for taking care of data. What business problems are you solving ...

Best Backup Software Hands Down
What do you like best? The ease of use and array of services. The backups just work. The ability to restore from the cloud portal is a great value add. Creating backups from the remote console adds another layer of convenience. What do you dislike? At this point I can't say that there is anything wrong with the product therefore no dislikes here, but for the sake of non bias reviews I will say that the cloud interface sometimes can be a little difficult to read. Recommendations to others ...

Good product, not so good business model
What do you like best? Backups to many locations (I like S3 and use wasabi - supported You can CRC validate Does real-time monitoring of files Does not use that much ram (compared to crashplan What do you dislike? The business model is broken. 1 You are limited to 1tb of data - this is a show stopper. Turns out if you email and complain they can extent it. Even a low spec laptop has more than 1tb HDD. I want to back up HOME NAS box (most people have some variant 2 Because my ...

very robust backup solution
What do you like best? I am using this software to backup a large file share on my NAS. It works as expected and doesn't seem to impact my system resources. I especially like the command-line interface. What do you dislike? I wish the desktop version allowed more network shares. It currently only allows you to back up 1 network share. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? strong encryption and powerful command-line interface

Cloudberry backup
What do you like best? The best things i liked about Cloudberry backup; the wide range of choice cloudproviders you can choose. Amazon, azure etc etc... It has also very much options for exclusion and triggers. We use the product nowadays for al our online backup customers. What do you dislike? For personal use in the paid version ($30,- you are limited to 200GB cloud backup. For home-users $30,- is acceptable and affordable but the next step $300,- for unlimited cloud backup is not. ...

Simple yet feature rich backup service, very affordable for business and free for personal use!
What do you like best? 1- The concept, connect to own storage service. 2- The cost! Free for personal use, reasonable one time fee for business use. 3- Ease of use - quick to set up, easy to review how much data am I using and backup reports. What do you dislike? I think that trial should allow for longer evaluation in order to test the AWS S3->Glacier backup (it automatically archives to Glacier after 30 days. It would also be great to have precreated plans on the Mac version. ...
