What do you like best? The free solution doesn't have too many limitations, plenty of potential targets to send backups to, and the reporting is pretty not terrible. What do you dislike? I'd really like to see the image backup not locked behind payment, and a few fewer tiers and layers of redundant product categories would help too. What do you like best? Ease of use, reliability, consumes minimal resources and just plain works. Their support is also awesome, I had a couple of minor issues that I needed help with and they got back to me the same day. A great value at double the price, I'm glad I switched from CrashPlan.
