Love Cloudapp - saves me so much time

Easy to use!

What do you like best? CloudApp is easy to use when needing to grab quick screenshots or create quick gifs. I'm in the customer success industry and CloudApp makes it very easy to send more informed support emails when assisting a customer who is lost in our product. Best snipping and screenshot tool

What do you like best? I use a Microsoft Surface Book. This computer doesn't offer a snip tool so it's rather irritating to make notes on screenshots. CloudApp has saved me a lot of time and trouble but easily capturing and editing screenshots. Thank you! What do you dislike? Good for Mac users. Not used in PC

What do you like best? Sharing the Screen capture, GIF and video capture to team members. Also helps in tracking tasks and cases. What do you dislike? Pricing and restricted feature in basic plan. Awesome Tool!

What do you like best? CloudApp is such an amazing tool to have! It's so easy to use. I really like the feature to name the file. It's the best! What do you dislike? There really isn't anything that I dislike about it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's never been such an easier way to edit, mark any image and save it or send it so easy.

Great Alternative to Snaggit

What do you like best? Very user friendly and a great transition from Snaggit. Plus I like that it saves the screenshot in the cloud for quick reference. What do you dislike? The key combination to perform screenshot (Alt+Shift+5 for example). I came back from time off from work and had to relearn combinations again. Capture Your Screen and Share Easily and Quickly

What do you like best? It's very easy to capture your screen whether it's in image or video form. The share link is automatically ready in your clipboard. What do you dislike? There's still no option to set a specific screen capture size. It's also not possible to reuse the same area for the next capture. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can quickly capture and annotate my screen to share with my colleagues.
