What do you like best? I love the fact that it is easy to navigate. Clio is built for employees to use the software without extensive training. I've used software in the past that required weeks of training which I feel is a bit ridiculous. What do you dislike? It's very rare however I don't like when the servers are busy. What do you like best about Clio? Clio is very user friendly and makes it easy to find the information you need with it's ability to initiate searches from a number of different screens. What do you dislike about Clio? So far, the only negative thing for me is the need to refresh the page in order to see a new document that has been generated from a template. What do you like best about Clio? Being able to access and share all documents from any computer and the ease of tracking time or billing. It is also simple to add notes to the timesheet. What do you dislike about Clio? This saved me time in creating standard disengagement letters as well as entries of appearance. I appreciate that I can easily pull the firm's account ledgers and view by date or by matter. "Can't imagine life without it!"

What do you like best about Clio? It has all the components I need to organize my practice and it works nicely with other products as well (such as G Suite, Quickbooks, Apptoto, Prima Facie for forms). I like the interface and the customer support has been amazing, with really knowledgeable reps and nearly no wait. What do you dislike about Clio? I would like more plain text entry boxes.
