What do you like best? Billing Timer feature is convenient and easy to use. What do you dislike? Preparing actual bills for clients is a multi-step, confusing process. At times, the bills are hard to read as the retainer balance does not show. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? More efficient way for attorneys to record time when billing clients.

What do you like best about Clio? I love the fact that it is easy to navigate. Clio is built for employees to use the software without extensive training. I've used software in the past that required weeks of training which I feel is a bit ridiculous. What do you dislike about Clio? It's very rare however I don't like when the servers are busy.
