"Decent case management software"

What do you like best about Clio? Each individual matter's main interface has everything you need to know at a glance. What do you dislike about Clio? The program is somewhat cumbersome. I end up putting most of the pertinent information into the Notes section instead of the main interface, because it's not logically organized. I like the product, but definitely see room for improvement. Recommendations to others considering Clio: I came into a firm without familiarity with other ...

"Personal Injury Paralegal"

What do you like best? Clio is very user friendly and has a lot of great options for different services. I like that it can be customized to different law firms' needs as well. What do you dislike? The plethora of great options that Clio offers are often hard to find or learn how to use. Personally, I catch on quickly, but for the other folks in my office, it has been challenging. Clio is very much based on the money aspect of a law firm, which can definitely be helpful for many firms, ...

"Works Well; Great Potential"

What do you like best about Clio? That it is made specifically for legal professionals/firms. I like the calendar and organization/workflow features (tasks, forms, etc.). I also like the integration they offer with other software we use. Also -- they have an app! What do you dislike about Clio? The hardest thing for us is that the calendar doesn't auto-update, and some of the syncing only happens every 10-30 minutes. The calendar is essential -- we have 4 offices and at least that many ...

"Clio Is forgetting its customers"

What do you like best about Clio? Universal on-line availability and transfer of the risk of technology management (i.e. getting rid of my server). What do you dislike about Clio? Clio is preoccupied with adding new features at the expense of not improving what it already has. Bill formats are embarrassing and despite months of complaining, noting is being done. Improving efficiencies in existing functionality of features I use every day has taken a back seat to new features of only ...

"Nice Display and Interaction "

What do you like best about Clio? I can choose how many add-ons fields to be created to support my work. The design looks nice and easy to use. It keeps track of our trust accounting, bills, time, and clients' contact. So I can find everything I need in just one place. What do you dislike about Clio? It seems like Clio team is still working on the design and there are some updates from time to time. Each time, there are some new changes that we need to take the time to find where is it ...
