Clio is user friendly, easy to set up and customize, and the company has an excellent support system to walk you through every obstacle that may arise. We have been using Clio for over 5 years and cannot imagine how we survived without it!

A Great Product with Growth Potential!

What the company excels at is its customer service and short wait times. I do not like the "meeting" days when all hands on deck are not taking calls - that is so annoying. I would recommend splitting the staff for meeting times so there is no impact to the customer. Currently working with a firm that is not 100% in bed with Clio meaning there are redundant systems used outside of Clio. Clio Reports are a little frustrating but I have adapted and use the scheduler to deliver them to me ...

I love it

Although it is not perfect, (for example, telephone numbers do not format xxx-xxx-xxxx), Clio has been tremendously helpful to my practice. It is easy to use and has all the information at your fingertips.

Great Team Support

The Clio team is always available to assist with any questions or concerns I have with utilizing the software. As I slowly learn the capabilities of Clio Manage and Grow they are there to walk me through the steps. Would recommend the software not only for the way that it can save your firm time and money, but also for the great support they provide.

What no one ever explained to me was that once a payment is made by credit card, I have to go into the the client's general account and transfer it to the matter to which it belongs. The result is that, while the dashboard shows correct amounts, if I print a bill it shows all of the escrow deposits which have not been applied properly, so the amount is much higher than it should be. Also, the report titles could be a little clearer, and I ...

I have been using Clio for years now and extremely unhappy and disappointed with Clio pay.

I have been using Clio for years now. I was contacted by a rep asking me to switch to Clio pay for online payments. I did so and could not process any payments through this service and was told the reason why was because I did bankruptcy work and the service provider would not approve it. This is absurd! I was never advised of this. They took days to respond and payments went unprocessed. This is discrimination against business that perform lawful services to clients. A class action suit ...
