Most of the program is very helpful
Most of the program is very helpful, however, there are probably a few things that need to be changed/updated. Example: the issue date on draft invoices--need to be able to do a "mass" update when needing to change the issue date and due dates on the draft invoices.

Clio is user-friendly and mostly…
Clio is user-friendly and mostly intuitive. Some of the add-on apps are difficult to navigate/integrate, and it is also difficult to get in touch with an actual person. The tutorials are great and very helpful for onboarding new employees with questions. The reports generation feature could use some work, or more direction, but my overall experience is positive, and I would refer it to a friend.

Time Saver
Clio helps me keep organized and saves me significant amounts of time. My only complaint is that has been slow of late, especially when using the "Matter" window to open a different case. The wait is sometimes annoying, but overall a great product.

Clio is convenient and easy to use
Clio is convenient and easy to use. If there is a problem or question and you contact them, they are really good about helping. I don't know how we practiced before, but it has made everything simplier and quicker.

Clio is operationally a good product
Clio is operationally a good product. The reporting is lacking and not very flexible. As an outside accountant, the inability to have one logon to get to all my clients is a major dissatisfier.

Overall Impressions
The online service can be slow and the desktop app is very glitchy. The reports function needs a lot of work. Also, how is there no little red indicator for tasks the way that communications has?

Great Team Support
The Clio team is always available to assist with any questions or concerns I have with utilizing the software. As I slowly learn the capabilities of Clio Manage and Grow they are there to walk me through the steps. Would recommend the software not only for the way that it can save your firm time and money, but also for the great support they provide.

Everything except the trust recording works fine. What no one ever explained to me was that once a payment is made by credit card, I have to go into the the client's general account and transfer it to the matter to which it belongs. The result is that, while the dashboard shows correct amounts, if I print a bill it shows all of the escrow deposits which have not been applied properly, so the amount is much higher than it should be.
