What do you like best? The concept seems really great. We are just starting to implement and it seems like we will get a lot of functionality out of it. What do you dislike? It is taking a really long time to put all of the information in so that we can use it exclusively and function. What do you like best about Clio? Clio is the total package; you can track time, store files, bill, calendar, etc. I always recommend! What do you dislike about Clio? Ideal app for small law firms

PROS: The interface is simple and the system is easy to use. Plus, the vendor is open to feedback and heeds your suggestions about new features to be added. CONS: The software slows down during updates, and there are frequent updates too, which hamper my productivity.
