What do you like best about Clio? The “one stop shop” feel. I only need one interface. What do you dislike about Clio? The file system was confusing and hard to keep straight. What problems is Clio solving and how is that benefiting you? Much easier to log hours and share files with a team

"Great option for a small practice"

What do you like best about Clio? Moving to a cloud based case management system has been fantastic. Having tried a few different programs, we found that Clio provides the most intuitive program for our staff. What do you dislike about Clio? Other programs allow billing from Outlook. The inability to bill for emails from Outlook, requiring two steps to do so from the Communications page in Clio, should be corrected. What problems is Clio solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Clio? I can easily access outstanding client bills by searching by client or listing all and sorting by amount, date, or client! What do you dislike about Clio? There is very little I don't like. I wish the reporting feature was a bit more easy to understand especially when I need a specific report and do not know the name of it.
