Excellent customer support

PROS: I like that you can keep each client separate and also each case. This is useful because a few clients have multiple cases. Plus, you can use different methods of contact information. The customer support is prompt and responsive, and quickly resolved a couple of issues I had with the system. CONS: There are a few drawbacks. I am not able customize fields in many areas. Ideal app for small law firms

PROS: The interface is simple and the system is easy to use. Plus, the vendor is open to feedback and heeds your suggestions about new features to be added. CONS: The software slows down during updates, and there are frequent updates too, which hamper my productivity.
