What do you like best about Clio? Time tracking, billing, calendaring, processing credit card payments. What do you dislike about Clio? Does not alphabetize by clients' last name. Is difficult to customize billing templates. What problems is Clio solving and how is that benefiting you? We used to have matter information in many different systems and spreadsheets. Clio has become the main repository of all of our matter data.

What do you like best about Clio? I like being able to enter time on my computer and from my phone via the Clio app. I also like having clients' contact information available. What do you like best about Clio? CLIO facilitates time keeping and invoicing and it allows me to stay on top of my financial metrics on the dashboard. I also appreciate that CLIO has assisted its customers during the Covid-19 pandemic.
